About Mark Hagan
Mark Hagan, BSc (Hons) Ost, DO, DSE Workstation Assessor.
Level 3 Diploma Personal Training, Hatton certified ‘boxing for fitness’ instructor.
I graduated from the London School of Osteopathy with a BSc (Hons) in osteopathy and set up the home visit service in 2010. When I am not visiting patients I can also be seen at The Light Centre in Belgravia.
I gained my qualification as a personal trainer with Premier Training International in London and also offer a home visit service for PT. I am a Hatton certified ‘boxing for fitness’ instructor and have completed levels 1,2 & 3 of the APPI Pilates Matwork course.
I have also completed the ‘Move it or Lose It’ Training Programme which enables me to devise and deliver effective exercise sessions for older adults.
As an osteopath I take an holistic approach when treating my patients. My treatment style is structural and explanatory with a firm belief in the ability of the body to heal itself at the core of my approach to osteopathy and healthcare.
I am experienced in treating back, neck and shoulder problems; muscle problems; sciatica and disc problems. I use kinesio taping where appropriate to help maintain changes made during the treatment and to help with pain relief.
I am a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a registered CIMSPA member.
